Indian Head Massage Workshop ~ £10.00

The Indian Head Massage workshop begins with a brief introduction to the therapy, along with any precautions or contra-indications that we need to establish before we begin. Working in pairs you will be guided through the massage routine and after a short break will swap over so that everyone will both give and receive a treatment.
These are usually quite fun, informal evenings and will give you the basic skills to perform a treatment on your family and friends. An informative booklet covering the history, use and properties of different oils and a full written routine will be given to take home with you.
