Our bath salts are a blend of sea salt and Epsom salts. Sea salts add valuable trace minerals and help to soften the bath water. Epsom salts are particularly high in Magnesium Sulphate and are reputed to aid the reduction of swelling and ease muscular aches and pains as well as cleansing and detoxifying the skin.

When using any bath salts it is preferable to have a warm bath rather than one that is too hot. If the water is too hot the body eliminates rather than absorbs and all the benefits of the salts will remain in the water and not be absorbed through the skin.

**Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, are naturally occurring components of essential oils.
